Hi friends!

I hope your holiday season was restful and filled with wonder. As we ease into the new year, what better way to carry that warmth forward than with a little love?
This month we're celebrating Thomas Paine's birthday (January 29!) with a free Valentine's Day card for subscribers! The card was inspired by one of his most striking lines: "The mind once enlightened cannot again become dark." Use the password bemyvalentine to download from this new password protected Subscribers Only page. It shortcuts the cart process and I think it will be a little easier!
Not sure what to write inside? My home squad loved this: "You've enlightened my mind (and my heart)."(I leave the inside blank on purpose — two-sided cards never seem to print right on a home printer!)
I wrote a longer post about the history behind this quote and where it came from — it's a great read if you're curious. 👉 Read the full post →

🌟 A quick note: You'll notice I'm trying something new this year! Subscriber-only goodies, like digital downloads, or secret sales will stay here in the email, while the rest of the monthly newsletter will move to the blog on my website. It helps more secular folks find my work through organic search. As always, I welcome your feedback!
Make sure you don't miss an email. The easiest way to do that is to reply to this one! Yup, your reply should trigger your inbox to ensure the next email doesn't go to spam or another folder. I'd also love to hear from you! Tell me what you'd like to see, or just say hi!
Do you know someone who would enjoy this newsletter? Sharing is caring!
